These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of anir-tours.com and any excursion, city tour, or transportation service booked with Anir Tours. By contacting us, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Anir Tours is a travel agency based in Marrakech, Morocco. 

1. Our Services

Anir Tours arranges:

  • Private and group excursions from Marrakech
  • Guided city tours of Marrakech
  • Private transportation, including airport transfers

Bookings are made by contacting us via WhatsApp or the contact form on this website.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have communicated confirmation to you directly (e.g., via WhatsApp or email).

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient group numbers (for group excursions), or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a refund. 

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Arriving at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Ensuring you (and anyone traveling with you) are fit to participate in the chosen activity
  • Bringing appropriate clothing/footwear for the excursion (e.g., for hiking or desert trips)
  • Any personal belongings brought on the trip

We are not responsible for delays or missed activities caused by a traveler’s late arrival.

6. Assumption of Risk

Travel, particularly excursions involving mountain terrain, desert travel, hiking, or camel/horse riding, carries inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and participate at your own discretion. 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anir Tours is not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage arising from activities outside our direct control
  • Acts of third-party service providers (e.g., restaurants, accommodations, activity operators) used during a trip
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including weather, road closures, or government restrictions.

8. Photography

We may take photographs during excursions. Photos will only be published for marketing purposes (e.g., this website, social media) with the client’s permission. If you do not wish to be photographed, or do not want any photos of you published, please let your guide or driver know.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on this website (text, images, logo) is the property of Anir Tours unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech. 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
